AwesWikis’ Hospital record describes a four-digit keypad with three digits supplied by the Doctor: guess the missing digit. Read the digits and their order in your current run. A number spoken in one video is not a universal password.
- Reach the Hospital, a listed 3/5-difficulty Next Stop with healing supplies.
- Prepare before the final room: it contains a miner-helmet Big Zombie and the Doctor.
- Read the three known code digits and their positions. Preserve a leading zero.
- Enter the missing position as ? in the helper. It lists the ten digit possibilities; it does not read the game or identify which one is correct.
- Enter a candidate on the in-game keypad. A wrong guess can trigger the alarm and a swarm: deal with that event before another attempt. The source describes four swarm events and the Big Zombie disappearing; it does not prove an exact universal reset schedule.
- After the correct entry, claim the reward. The official badge includes the reward step, so an open door alone is not the full condition.
Keep track of the ten possibilities
Enter the three known digits and one ?.
Tap a listed candidate to mark it tried. Each new submission starts a fresh list. A blank clue, letters, an incorrect length or more than one ? is rejected. This is a local note-taking helper; a wrong in-game attempt still has consequences.
This is different from a reward code
FRED and UPDATE1 go into the lobby’s promo-code field. The Hospital puzzle is a numbered keypad task during a run. It does not become a free Ticket claim by pasting it into Settings.
